Polyglot Institute hosted top school graduates in Sohar for  IELTS preparation course and exam. The group is sponsored by “Sohar Port & Free Zone” in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. The initiative covered 20 school graduates who are among the top achievers of the schools in Sohar and were selected by the Ministry of Education to be sponsored as a sign of encouragement and appreciation.

Polyglot offered the group a 2 weeks intensive IELTS prep course and empowered them with tools and resources to achieve the required score. The IELTS Exam was held in Sohar branch and the students was greeted by representatives from the Ministry of Education, Sohar Port and Free Zone and Polyglot Institute who wished the students best of all the success and a bright future

This level provides the student with an extended vocabulary range of up to 650 words, including verb conjugation, nouns and adverbs which have special rules as well as methods to make singular, dual, plural, adjective, and infinitive of nouns. As well as this, new advanced grammatical rules are covered with a main focus on developing reading and writing skills along with continuing to increase ability in speaking.

New Business English (Intermediate Module 2) 40 hrs

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

This 40 hour programme makes up the second Module of our Business English (Intermediate) programme of study. It is designed for students who already have a solid knowledge of English and need to use the language in everyday work situations. The course examines and demonstrates useful business skills using real-life case studies and offers insights into real companies’ working practices, providing fluency practice over all four skills.

CELTA Terms & Conditions

 

PRIVACY The information you provide in this application will be used to process your enrolment at Polyglot / Polyskills Institute (hereinafter called “The Institute”). This information will be treated as confidential and is available for your review. However, it may be made available to UAE/Oman/German Immigration and education authorities in relation to your visa (if applicable). The Institute may send you information about our center or other courses. You may request not to receive further information at any time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS I the candidate/trainee, note the availability of pre-enrolment information at Polyskills ihfrankfurt.de and agree to the following terms and conditions:  The acceptance on a course does not mean a place has been reserved for you. A place cannot be reserved until the (nonrefundable) deposit has been paid.

 If I was not contacted for an interview, then the application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. If I was contacted for an interview this will involve a 30 minute (timed) written test, a test on language awareness and an interview with a tutor.

• The Institute reserves the right to increase fees at any time and to cancel a course if there is an insufficient number of candidates

• I need to disclose, during my interview, any medical problem that may affect my ability to participate and complete the course I am applying for in accordance with the course requirements • The following may affect my grade and may be grounds for dismissal from the course: • lack of punctuality on my part
• failure on my part to co-operate reasonably with other trainees, students, The Institute personnel and third parties (such as, but not limited to, work experience providers)  Noncompliance on my part with The Institute code of conduct. (A copy of the code can be obtained from The Institute) • Failure on my part to complete any written assignments on time and to a satisfactory standard will affect my grade. I accept as final all decisions made by The Institute in regard to certification, grading and dismissal from the course • I accept financial responsibility for any books and materials borrowed by me
• Trainees/students on The Institute courses will have different trainers/teachers during their courses and class sizes may vary. • I may be photographed and videotaped during my time at The Institute and that these images may be used for marketing communications • I must inform The Institute in writing if I do not wish to be photographed or videotaped and have these images used for marketing communications • That this agreement signed by me, and the availability of complaints and appeals processes, does not remove the right for me to take further action under UAE/Oman/German law.

INDEMNITY AND RELEASE I, the candidate/trainee, am aware that certain risks and dangers may be associated with any study
undertaking and participation in associated activities including but not limited to participation in compulsory practice teaching and observation activities, travel and optional recreational activities. In consideration of The Institute accepting my application as a candidate and/or trainee, I agree that I will not hold The Institute responsible or liable for and will not make any claim against The Institute by reason of any injury, damage or loss which I may suffer as a result of or in connection with or during the period of –
1. my attendance at The Institute and /or
2. my participation in activities whether educational, social, recreational or otherwise, conducted or arranged by or on behalf of or by arrangement with The Institute or in any way associated with The Institute
3. whilst in accommodation whether short term or long term arranged for me by The Institute. On behalf of myself, my executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby release The Institute from all liability to myself or to any other person for any such injury, damage or loss and from any actions, claims or demands which, if I had not entered into this Agreement, I might hereafter have been entitled to take or make against The Institute in respect of any such injury, damage or loss and I hereby indemnify The Institute against any such liability.
I agree that this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by and interpreted in accordance with the law of Germany. I certify that the information I have given is true and correct and that I have read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and ‘Indemnity and Release’ above, and agree to be bound by them.

• Once a place has been offered, it can only be secured when a deposit or full fee (as stated in the Course Dates and Fees Schedule) has been paid. I agree that if I do not pay the balance of fees 14 days prior to course commencement that my position on the course can be offered to another candidate.

• I am obligated to inform The Institute of a change of address while enrolled on a course.

Note that:

• It may be possible, up to two weeks before a course starts, to transfer to a later course date.

• CELTA deposits are non-refundable.

• No refund will be issued if I do not commence a course for which I have paid or if I withdraw after I have commenced the course

Service Agreement
Section 1: REGISTRATION, ACCEPTANCE AND PAYMENTS

Once a place has been offered, it can only be secured when either a (non-refundable) deposit, part payment or full fee (as stated in the Course Dates and Fees Schedule) has been paid.

If the candidate does not pay the balance of fees as per agreed payment terms at the time of Registration his/ her position on the course can be offered to another candidate.

The candidate is obligated to inform The Institute of a change of address or contact details while enrolled on a course.

The candidate accepts financial responsibility for any books and materials borrowed by him/ her.

The Institute reserves the right to cancel a course if there is an insufficient number of candidates or any reason beyond The Institute control.

In addition, conditions specific to areas of training are-

a)      For Languages, IELTS Preparation, IT and Engineering courses

The student shall appear for an assessment, if required. Assessment results are valid for six months only. If a candidate does not wish to appear for an assessment, he/she shall be placed in Beginners Level.

After successful completion of a level, the student is eligible to continue to the next level. Results are valid for six months. A student cannot skip a level during these six months by appearing for another assessment.

b)      For Teacher training courses

Once a place has been offered, it can only be secured when either a (non-refundable) deposit has been paid.

If the candidate does not pay the balance of fees 14 days prior to course commencement for CELTA courses his/ her position on the course can be offered to another candidate.

In case the candidate is contacted for an interview, he/she will be required to attend a 30 minute (timed) written test, a test on language awareness and an interview with a tutor, as applicable.

In case candidate was not contacted for an interview, then the application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.

c)       For IELTS Exams

Request for cancellation or postponement of IELTS test must be made strictly 5 Weeks before the test date in person only. Telephone cancellation or postponement will not be accepted.

Online exam fee refunds will be subject to the terms and condition of the external awarding body. The candidate can visit their respective websites to view their terms and conditions and refund policy.

d)       For OCHES services (Omani Center For Higher Education Services ) and any other associated programmes

All admissions are subject to the approvals from the concerned University.

Section 2: COURSES AND PROGRAMME

Courses and programmes will follow the pre-defined course duration.

Courses conducted in affiliation with external awarding bodies shall follow guidelines and conditions laid down by them which shall be provided to candidate.

Section 3: MEDICAL INFORMATION

The candidate shall disclose during the pre-enrolment stage (for CELTA Courses during interview), regarding any medical problem that may affect his/ her ability to participate and complete the course he/she is applying for in accordance with the course requirements and for any medical emergency attention that may require.

Section 4: COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS PROCESSES

The candidate shall familiarise with the Complaints and Appeal processes of The Institute.

This agreement signed by the candidate, and the availability of complaints and appeals processes, does not remove the right for him/ her to take further action under Oman Laws and Regulations.

Section 5: DEFERRALS, DEVIATIONS AND REFUNDS

o The Institute reserves the right to reschedule the course to a later date, up to one week before a course start.

o During the Course, different Trainers/ Teachers may be assigned and class size may vary. Any unanticipated official holidays shall be considered for course duration adjustment, as required.

o Trainees/students on The Institute courses will have different trainers/teachers during their courses and class sizes may vary.

o All refunds shall be applicable as per the Refund policy for each area of training.

o Fees or any part of the fees that is payable to the external bodies (E.g.: ACCA Registration fees, University Registration /Exam fees, CELTA Registration fees, etc.) shall not be refundable.

o “Refund Approval Form” is required to be completed for all refund claims and supported by original receipt and supporting documents, as applicable. The request should be submitted to the Customer Service Unit.

o Based on Approvals, all refunds shall be processed for payment within four weeks from request date.

o Refunds shall be made either by bank transfer or through cheques to the designated account holder mentioned in the refund approval form. Cash refund request shall not be accepted in any case.

o Valid reasons considered for refund requests or cancellations are –

·         Serious Illness – hospital admission or serious injury

·         Loss or Bereavement – death of a close family member

·         Hardship/Trauma – victim of a crime, victim of a traffic accident

·         Military Service

·         Reasons beyond control

o The Institute reserves the right to review and update its refund policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and Bylaws of private training institutions.

Section 6: TRANSFERS

Transfer of students/ trainees shall not be encouraged and promoted as an option. Transfer of any student/ trainee having a valid reason shall be approved by authorized personnel only. Once transfer is approved, student/ trainee shall be removed from current batch and assigned to another batch for the full duration of the assigned batch.

A location transfer shall be allowed only before the batch start date. In case there is a price difference between two locations, the student/ trainee should pay the fee of the Destination Centre. In case the fee of the Originating Centre is lesser than that of the Destination Centre, Fee of the destination Centre will be applicable, and no refund will be provided.

Any waiver of fees, in this regard, shall be at the discretion of the authorized person, on case to case basis.

Section 7: PRIVACY

The information provided by the candidate during enrolment shall be used to process his/ her enrolment at The Institute. This information will be treated as confidential and is available for candidate’s review. However, it may be made available to Government Authorities and education authorities in relation to any procedural requirements, as applicable, and in line with the Country’s Privacy Law. The Institute may send to the candidate information about the centre or other courses. The candidate may request not to receive further information at any time.

The candidate may be photographed and videotaped during his/her time at The Institute and that these images may be used for marketing communications. In case of any objection to this, the candidate must inform The Institute in writing.

Section 8: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Institute’s intellectual property including but not limited to course and examination materials belongs to The Institute. Candidates shall not make unauthorised use of the same.

Section 9:  COURSE COMPLETION ELIGIBILITY

The following may affect the candidate’s grade/ evaluation and may be grounds for dismissal from the course:

–   lack of punctuality / required attendance on candidate’s part

–   failure on candidate’s part to co-operate reasonably with other trainees, students, The Institute personnel and third parties (such as, but not limited to, work experience providers)

Failure on candidate’s part to complete any written assignments on time and to a satisfactory standard will affect candidate’s grade/ evaluation.

Candidate accept as final all decisions made by The Institute in regard to certification, grading and dismissal from the course.

On Course completion, the attested certificate with reports shall be delivered within six weeks from the date of completion of the final exam.

Section 10: HOUSE RULES

Candidate’s shall abide and comply with The Institute code of conduct. (A copy of the code can be obtained from The Institute).

The Institute reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary actions where any such violations are noticed.

Section 11: INDEMNITY AND RELEASE

Certain risks and dangers may be associated with any study undertaking and participation in associated activities including but not limited to participation in compulsory practice teaching and observation activities, travel and optional recreational activities. In consideration of The Institute accepting the candidate’s enrolment as a student/trainee, the candidate shall not hold The Institute responsible or liable for and will not make any claim against The Institute by reason of any injury, damage or loss which he/ she may suffer as a result of or in connection with or during the period of:

Ø candidate’s attendance at The Institute and /or

Ø candidate’s participation in activities whether educational, social, recreational or otherwise, conducted or arranged by or on behalf of or by arrangement with The Institute or in any way associated with The Institute

Ø whilst in accommodation whether short term or long term arranged for the candidate by The Institute, if applicable.

On behalf of the candidate, his/her executors, administrators and assigns, the candidate hereby release The Institute from all liability to himself/ herself or to any other person for any such injury, damage or loss and from any actions, claims or demands which, if he/she had not entered into this Agreement, he/she might hereafter have been entitled to take or make against The Institute in respect of any such injury, damage or loss and he/she hereby indemnify The Institute against any such liability.

Section 12: FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be in breach of the Contract nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the Contract if such delay or failure result from any of the following events:

(a)     acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster;

(b)     epidemic or pandemic;

(c)      terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations;

(d)     nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom;

(e)     any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition; or

(f)      collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident

CANDIDATE UNDERTAKING

I, the candidate note availability of pre-enrolment information at Polyglot Institute (herein called “The Institute”) and agree to the above terms and conditions.

I, also agree that this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by and interpreted in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of Country.

I certify that the information I have given is true and correct and that I have read the ‘Terms and Conditions of Service’ as mentioned above, and agree to be bound by them.

 

شروط وأحكام الخدمة
القسم 1: التسجيل والقبول والدفع

بمجرد توفير المكان فإنه يمكن تأمينه عندما يتم دفع عربون (غير قابل للاسترداد) أو دفع جزئي أو الرسوم كاملةً (كما هو مبين في جدول مواعيد ورسوم الدورات).

إذا لم يدفع الطالببقية الرسوم حسب شروط السداد المتفق عليها في وقت التسجيل ، يمكن عرض مكانهفي الدورة لطالب آخر.

يلتزم الطالب بإبلاغ المعهد عن تغيير العنوان أو بيانات الاتصال الخاصة به أثناء قيده في دورة تدريبية.يوافقالطالبعلى المسئولية المالية عن أي كتب ومواد اقترضها أو اقترضتها.يحتفظ المعهد بالحق في إلغاء دورة تدريبية إذا كان هناك عدد غير كافي من الطلاب أو أي سبب خارج عن سيطرة المعهد

بالإضافة إلى ذلك فإن الشروط المحددة بمجالات التدريب هي:

 

 

أ) دورات تدريبة في اللغات و التحضير لاختبار آيلتس (نظام اختبار اللغة الإنجليزية الدولي) و هندسة تقنية المعلومات

يجب أن يخضع الطالب للتقييم إذا لزم الأمر. ونتائج التقييم تكون سارية لمدة ستة أشهر فقط. إذا لم يرغب الطالب في الخضوع لعمليات التقييم فإنه سيتم وضعه أو وضعها في مستوى المبتدئين

بعد الانتهاء بنجاح من المستوى ، يكون الطالب مؤهلاً للاستمرار والانتقال إلى المستوى التالي. النتائج صالحة لمدة ستة أشهر ولا يمكن للطالب تخطي مستوى خلال هذه الأشهر الستة من خلال الخضوعلتقييم آخر.

 

د) للدورات التدريبية للمعلمين

بمجرد توفير المكان فإنه يمكن تأمينه فقط عندما يتم دفع عربون (غير قابل للاسترداد).

إذا لم يدفع الطالب  بقية الرسوم خلال 14 يوماً قبل بدء الدورة التدريبية للحصول على شهادة في تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية للكبار ، فإن مكانه في الدورة التدريبية يمكن منحه إلى طالب آخر.

في حالة أن الطالب تم الاتصال به لإجراء مقابلة فإنه يكون مطلوباً منه أو منها الحضور لاختبار تحريري مدته 30 دقيقة ، والاختبار يكون على الوعي والإدراك باللغة والمقابلة تكون مع مدرس حسب الاقتضاء.

في حالة أن الطالب لم يتم الاتصال به لإجراء مقابلة معه ، من ثم فإن الطلب يكون مخفقاً في هذه الحالة.

ه) لامتحانات الآيلتس(نظام اختبار اللغة الإنجليزية الدولي)

يجب أن يتم طلب إلغاء أو تأجيل اختبار آيلتس(نظام اختبار اللغة الإنجليزية الدولي) بشكل شخصي ودقيق قبل 5 أسابيع من موعد الاختبار ولن يتم قبول الإلغاء أو التأجيل عبر الهاتف.

استرداد رسوم الامتحانات عبر الإنترنت يكون خاضعاً لشروط وأحكام الهيئة المانحة الخارجية. يمكن للطلاب زيارة مواقعهم في الإنترنت للاطلاع على شروطهم وأحكامهم وسياسة رد الأموال.

تخضع جميع عمليات القبول للموافقات من الجامعة المعنية.

القسم 2: الدورات التدريبية والبرامج

سوف تتبع الدورات التدريبية والبرامج مدة الدورة المحددة مسبقًا.

يجب أن تتبع الدورات التي تجرى بالاشتراك مع هيئات المنح الخارجية المبادئ التوجيهية والشروط التي وضعتها والتي يجب أن يتم تقديمها للطالب.

القسم 3: البيانات الطبية

يجب على الطالب الكشف خلال مرحلة ما قبل التسجيل (لدورات الحصول على شهادة في تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية للكبار أثناء المقابلة) ، فيما يتعلق بأي مشكلة طبية قد تؤثر على قدرته/ قدرتها على المشاركة واستكمال الدورة التدريبية التي يتقدم لها وفقًا لمتطلبات الدورة التدريبية ولأي رعاية طبية طارئة قد يتطلبها.

القسم 4: الشكاوي والاستئنافات

يجب على الطالب الإلمام بإجراءات الشكاوى والاستئنافات الخاصة بالمعهد.

تم التوقيع على هذه الاتفاقيةمن قبل الطالب ، ووجود الشكاوى والاستئنافات لا تلغي حق الطالب أو الطالبة في اتخاذ مزيد من الإجراءات بموجب القوانين واللوائح العُمانية.

 

القسم 5: التأجيلات وإجراءات الخروج من الدورات التدريبية ورد الأموال

o         يحتفظ المعهد بالحق في إعادة جدولة الدورة التدريبية إلى تاريخ لاحق ، وذلك قبل أسبوع واحد من بدء الدورة.

o         خلال الدورة التدريبية قد يتم تعيين مدربينأو معلمين مختلفين وقد يختلف حجم الفصل الدراسي. ويجب الأخذ في الاعتبار لأي عطلات رسمية غير متوقعة لتعديل مدة الدورة التدريبية ، كما هو مطلوب.

o         سيكون لدى المتدربين أو الطلاب في دورات المعهد التدريبية مدربين أو معلمين مختلفين أثناء الدورات التدريبية وقد تختلف أحجام الفصول الدراسية.

o         تسري جميع المبالغ المستردة وفقًا لسياسة رد الأموال لكل مجال من مجالات التدريب.

o         الرسوم أو أي جزء منها مستحق للهيئات الخارجية (على سبيل المثال: رسوم تسجيل جمعية المحاسبين القانونيين المعتمدين ورسوم التسجيل الجامعي أو رسوم الامتحانات ورسوم التسجيل للحصول على شهادة في تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية للكبار ، وغير ذلك) ستكون غير قابلة للاسترداد.

o         يجب تعبئة “استمارة الموافقة على ردالأموال” لجميع المطالبات الخاصة باسترداد الأموال والمدعومة بإيصالات أصلية  ومستندات داعمة ، حسب الاقتضاء. ويجب تقديم الطلب إلى وحدة خدمة العملاء.

o         بناءً على الموافقات ، تتم معالجة جميع المبالغالمستردة للدفع في غضون أربعة أسابيع من تاريخ الطلب.

o         يتم رد الأموال إما عن طريق التحويل البنكي أو عن طريق الشيكات إلى صاحب الحساب المعين المذكور في نموذج الموافقة على رد الأموال. ولا يجوز قبول طلب رد الأموال نقداًبأي حال من الأحوال.

o         المبررات التي تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار في طلبات رد الأموال أو الإلغاء هي:

·      مرض خطير – دخول المستشفى أو إصابة خطيرة

·      الخسارة أو الهلاك – وفاة أحد أفراد العائلة المقربين

·      الضائقة أو الإصابة – ضحية لجريمة أو ضحية لحادث سير مروري

·      الخدمة العسكرية

·      أسباب خارج نطاق السيطرة

o         يحتفظ المعهد بالحق في مراجعة وتحديث سياسة رد الأموال وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك واللوائح الداخلية لمؤسسات التدريب الخاصة.

القسم 6: التحويلات

لا يجوز تشجيع تحويل الطلاب أو المتدربين وترقيتهم كخيار. ويتم اعتماد تحويل أي طالب أو متدرب لديه مبرر من قبل الموظفين المعتمدين فقط. وبمجرد الموافقة على التحويل ، يجب إبعاد الطالب أو المتدرب من الدُفعة الحالية وتعيينه في دفعة أخرى للمدة الكاملة للدُفعة المعنية.

 

يجب السماح بتحويل الموقع فقط قبل تاريخ بدء الدفعة. في حالة وجود فرق في السعر بين الموقعين ، فإنه يجب على الطالب أو المتدرب دفع رسوم المركز الوجهة. وفي حالة أن رسوم المركز الأصلي أقل من رسوم المركز الوجهة فإن رسوم مركز الوجهة ستكون قابلة للتطبيق ولن يتم تقديم رد أي أموال.

أي تنازل عن الرسوم في هذا الصدد يجب أن تكون وفقاً لتقدير الشخص المفوض على أساس كل حالة على حدة.

 

القسم 7: الخصوصية

المعلومات المقدمة من قبل الطالب أثناء القيد يجب استخدامها في معالجة قيده أو قيدها في المعهد. سيتم التعامل مع هذه المعلوماتكمعلومات سرية ومتاحة للمراجعة من قبل الطالب. مع ذلك قد تكون متاحة للسلطات الحكومية والهيئات التعليمية فيما يتعلق بأي متطلبات إجرائية ، حسب الاقتضاء ، وتتماشى مع قانون خصوصية البلاد. يجوز للمعهد إرسال معلومات للطالب عن المركز أو الدورات التدريبية الأخرى. ويجوز للطالب أن يطلب أن لا يتلقى مزيداً من البيانات في أي وقت

يجوز تصوير الطالببالكاميراوالفيديو خلال فترة تواجده أو تواجدها في المعهد وأن هذه الصور يمكن استخدامها في الاتصالات التسويقية. وفي حالة وجود أي اعتراض على ذلك ، يجب على الطالب إبلاغ المعهد كتابةً.

 

القسم 8: الملكية الفكرية

الملكية الفكرية الخاصة بالمعهد تشمل لكن لا تقتصر على مواد الدورات التدريبية والامتحانات التي تخص المعهد. ويجب على الطلاب أن لا يقوموا بأي استخدام غير مصرح به لهذه المواد.

القسم 9: الأهلية لإكمال الدورة التدريبية

قد يؤثر ما يلي على درجة أو تقييم الطالب وقد يكون سبباً للفصل من الدورة التدريبية:- عدم الالتزام بالمواعيد أو الحضور المطلوب من جانب الطالب

– الفشل من جانب الطالب في التعاون بالشكل المطلوب مع المتدربين الآخرين والطلاب وموظفي المعهد والأطراف الثالثة (على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ، مقدمي الخبرة في العمل).

الفشل من جانب الطالب في إكمال أي مهام مكتوبة في الوقت المحدد لذلك وبالشكل المطلوبسيؤثر في درجة الطالبأو تقييمه.

يقبل الطالببشكل نهائي جميع القرارات التي يتخذها المعهد فيما يتعلق بالشهادات والدرجات والفصل من الدورة التدريبية.

عند الانتهاء من الدورة التدريبية ، يتم تسليم الشهادة الموثقة مع التقارير في غضون ستة أسابيع من تاريخ الانتهاء من الاختبار النهائي.

القسم 10: القواعد الداخلية

يجب على الطالب الالتزام والتقيد بقواعد السلوك الخاصة بالمعهد. (يمكن الحصول على نسخة من قواعد السلوك من المعهد).

يحتفظ المعهد بالحق في اتخاذ الإجراءات التأديبية المناسبة عند ملاحظة أي انتهاكات من هذا القبيل.

القسم 11: التعويض والدفع

قد ترتبط بعض المخاطر والأخطار بأية دراسة تجري والمشاركة في الأنشطة المرتبطة بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر المشاركة في أنشطة ممارسة التعليم الإلزامية والأنشطة الإشرافية ، والسفر والأنشطة الترفيهية الاختيارية. في مقابل قبول المعهد لقبول الطالب كطالب متدرب ولا يجوز للطالب أن يحمل المعهد المسئولية ولن يقدم أي مطالبة ضد المعهد بسبب أي إصابة أو ضرر أو خسارة قد يعاني/ تعاني منها كنتيجة أو أثناء أو خلال فترة:

Ø        حضور الطالب إلى المعهد و أو

Ø        مشاركة الطالب في الأنشطة سواء كانت تعليمية أو اجتماعية أو ترفيهيه أو غير ذلك ، أجريت أو رتبت من قبل أو بالنيابة عن أو عن طريق التنسيق مع المعهد أو بأي طريقة مرتبطة بالمعهد.

Ø        أثناء الإقامة ، سواء كان ذلك لفترة قصيرة أم طويلة الأجل مرتبة من قبل المعهد ، إذا كان ذلك معمولاً به.

 

 

 

نيابة عن الطالب والمنفذينوالإداريين والمتنازل لهم  فإن الطالبيعفي المعهد من جميع المسئوليات لنفسه أو لأي شخص آخر عن أي إصابة أو ضرر أو خسارة من أي أفعال أو مطالبات أو مطالب إذا لم يكن لها دخل في هذه الاتفاقية  ويحق له / لها فيما بعد في اتخاذ إجراء ضد المعهد فيما يتعلق بأي إصابة أو ضرر أو خسارة من هذا القبيل ، وهو بذلك يعوض المعهد عن أي مسئولية من هذا القبيل.

القسم 12: القوة القاهرة

لا يعتبر أي من الطرفين خارقاً ومنتهكاً للعقد ولا مسئولا عن التأخير في أداء أو عدم أداء أي من التزاماته بموجب العقد إذا كان هذا التأخير أو الفشل نتيجة لأي من الأحداث التالية:

(أ) القضاء والقدر أو الفيضانات أو الجفاف أو الزلازل أو الكوارث الطبيعية الأخرى.

(ب) الوباء أو الجائحة (الوباء الشامل)

(ج) هجوم إرهابي أو حرب أهلية أو اضطرابات مدنية أو أعمال شغب أو حرب أو تهديد أو استعداد للحرب أو نزاع مسلح أو فرض عقوبات أو حظر أو قطع العلاقات الدبلوماسية.(د) التلوث النووي أو الكيميائي أو الأحيائي أو الأصوات المدوية(ه) أي قانون أو أي إجراء تتخذه الحكومة أو السلطات العامة  بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر فرض قيود على التصدير أو الاستيراد أو الحصص أو الحظر ، أو(و) إنهيار المباني أو الحرائق أو التفجيرات أو الحوادث

أنا ، الطالب قرأت كامل المعلومات  ما قبل التسجيل في معهد بوليغلوت (يسمى هنا “المعهد”) وأوافق على الشروط والأحكام أعلاه.

أوافق أيضًا على أن هذه الاتفاقية ستُحكم من جميع النواحي وتفسر وفقًا للقوانين واللوائح ذات الصلة في البلد.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • Students wishing to gain a basic level of Arabic
  • They should know and be able to read some simple English words and short sentence

PROGRAMME CONTENTS

This level continues to focus on conversational skills, enabling more advanced conversations using Modern Standard Arabic. By the end of this programme, you should be able to use Arabic easily to discuss functional topics related to daily life, supported by an additional 600 new words. In addition, by the end of this level you will be able to write reasonably fluently using full-Arabic script.
