Why? All the others are present continuous referring to future arrangements whereas the odd one out is the present continuous for an action at the moment of speaking.

The past simple refers to a finished action in a finished period of time. The action is finished and ‘he’ has returned from London.
He has gone to London.
The present perfect refers to an unfinished action in an undefined time in the past. The action is unfinished and ‘he’ hasn’t returned from London yet.
