What is National Funded Programme?

The National Traning Fund is responsible for the national funded programmes in order to enhance or bridge the gap between the skills required by the employer and with those the job seekers have Training Tied with Employment through MOM and enables the Employers to select candidates for job positions from the Workforce Register and train them through the Training Institutes which will help companies achieve their Omanisation percentage.
Self Sponsored Training funded and provided by employers.
Training is delivered as per the tailored made requirement of the employer depending on the Job trade and even the selection criteria of the candidates is determined by the Employer.
